Some of my fave books I have never talked about

Everyone and their mother knows that my favorite book is Simon vs. The Homo Sapiens Agenda by Becky Albertalli. There’s a new addition to my fave list this year, and that is Red, White & Royal Blue by Casey McQuiston.

A few days ago I talked about these books, and I realized that there are a few books I haven’t really talked about much and they are so close to my heart! So, in this post, I am gonna talk about my FAVORITE books I have never talked about before!

1. Looking for Alaska by John Green

John Green is one of my favorite authors. He is probably the author I know the most about – because I follow his vlog and his podcast and, of course, his books. I have read three of his books and can’t wait to read more. And Looking for Alaska is sO gOoD. Lord. I just love this book so much. I guess I’ve not talked about this book yet?

2. History Is All You Left Me by Adam Silvera

This one is so heartbreaking. I was so overwhelmed with emotion when I had read it. I had LOVED this book sO freakin’ mUcH. I really should give it a reread – everyone would read Infinity Son by Silvera and I’ll be rereading this one. Sounds fun, eh?

3. A List of Cages by Robin Roe

This one too! I think I hadn’t liked the ending of this book much but I adore this book, guys! This one is also heartbreaking. I guess almost every book on this list is somewhat like that. It is one of my favorites. I really think I should read it again. I will be able to talk about it on my blog! Good shout, I guess?

4. Aristotle & Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe by Benjamin Alire Sáenz

I had read this one right after reading my favorite book of all time. I think I blab a lot about Simon vs. but I guess it deserves it? Anyway, I had probably compared this one to Simon and given it 3 stars? But I love this book so much! It was so much fun and thinking about it makes me nostalgic, y’all.

5. Amy & Roger’s Epic Detour by Morgan Matson

Ugh, too bad I can’t read it soon because I don’t have its copy anymore and I don’t want to borrow or purchase it right now. But I ADORED EVERY PART OF THIS BOOK. It is the best. Literally, the best! Even though I can’t borrow/ purchase a copy of this book, I would love to read it again. And again. And again.

6. Eliza and Her Monsters by Francesca Zappia

This book made me cry my eyes out and it is so sweet and accurate. Just the right description of anxiety. Give me a tissue right now. I feel like crying by so much as thinking about it. I am incredulous! Why don’t I talk about this book? It’s almost funny. I should talk about it more! Guys, I LOVE THIS BOOK!

7. The DUFF: Designated Ugly Fat Friend by Kody Keplinger

I am the DUFF and I loved this book. It was so cute and hilarious. It’s been so long since I last read it and I think I should read it again and talk about it on my blog. But it’s old. Umm, I don’t think I care if it’s old. I’m already beating myself up over not talking about it.

8.Twilight (series) by Stephenie Meyer

Okay, everybody thinks it’s trash. And it IS trash. And I am trash for this trash. I adore this book. I know it’s stupid and I don’t even like the characters as they always get under my skin but I LOVE THIS SERIES. I have given it three stars on Goodreads I guess because it deserves that rating? It probably deserves less but who says I can’t love a three-star book? I just love it. It is so awesome! I think I should read it again!
9. A Girl Made of Stars by Ashley Herring Blake

This one was so powerful and heartbreaking. I have read this book 1.5 times. I loved it, so I should read it again. I think I haven’t talked about it on my blog yet? But I do think a lot about it.

I am prolly gonna read all the books mentioned above! I really loved all of these books. I read them when I didn’t use Goodreads and didn’t have a book blog! Reading was so much fun back then… *reminisces old times*. I think I should make it a goal to reread my favorite books next year, because I really don’t have anything as good as these ones on my list for this year. Sure, I found many gems but I didn’t love the books I read this year as much, except Red, White & Royal Blue, of course.

Have you read all of the books mentioned above? Which book do you think I should reread first?
