It’s the end of October 2019. I can’t believe it’s gonna be 2020 soon, and I feel like everyone and everything is moving at a very fast pace and I’m left clueless, stranded and disoriented.
Here is the recap of this month. I read three books, which doesn’t look like an impressing number, but I don’t care anyway. I liked all of these books. I have been in a reading slump these past two months, and no matter what I read, it just doesn’t go away. So, I have decided to just go with the flow and not fight it. Anyways, here are the books:
P.S I Still Love You by Jenny Han
I adore this book. I listened to the audiobook and I am very glad because the narrator did an amazing job. I think this series is gonna end up as one of my all-time favorites. I haven’t read the third book. I already own a copy, but I’m thinking of listening to the audiobook.
Me Before You by Jojo Moyes
I had expected to cry a lot while reading this book, but I didn’t. I think it’s because I already knew the spoilers. The book is beautifully written. I think it could’ve become my favorite of all time if I didn’t know the spoilers. I’m kinda sad about it.
Easy by Tammara Webber
I don’t usually read NA, but I read this one because I figured I didn’t necessarily need to have a brain to understand it. I was actually surprised by this book. I liked it fine, but I did enjoy it a lot. I am glad I read it, though.
🌼 Did Not Finish🌼
Saga Volume 1
I have heard so many things about this one. So many people adore it, and that’s why I decided to read it. I don’t read this genre usually, but I nonetheless gave it a try. It was cringeworthy lol. I didn’t like it at all, but I do see the appeal. I didn’t finish it, and I don’t think I will read it again.
I am not interested in reading anything these days. I had thought of ordering a few new releases at the beginning of the month, but I decided against it. I know I would never read them anyway. So, I decided to reread one of my favorite books yesterday (or a day before yesterday. I don’t know when I’m gonna publish this post). So, I’m re-reading Twilight. I have a lot of thoughts and most of them are silly. I just love it.
So, what did you guys read this month? Let’s talk! I love reading your comments!💓
Find me on:
Omg, that’s many books. I have read some too. I am increasing my pace. Do you know why you don’t feel like reading? Want to know?? I can tell you but you have to promise not to feel offended. Should I do this too?? A challenge between us to see how many books I have read??

Suzan, tell me! I’m very scared of challenges. But I want to know how many books you’ve read. Am I nosey? 🙈 Also, do you get scared when you see a GIANT tome? I always do.

Three books with a slump is still good! I had a good month and finished 16 but I had some shorties and graphic novels (and short graphic novels) 😀 Sometimes you just need to chill and focus on different hobbies for a while! ❤

You’re right. I have decided to just take it easy this month. I used to stress out about not being able to read because of reading slumps. I’m glad you had a good reading month. 16 is a lot! Did you enjoy these books?

I enjoyed most of them! And I chose mostly things easy to read so that’s why the number’s so high 😆 I decided to just take it easy in October and it payed of, I guess. 😊

I’ve watched the films for both of the first books you mentioned so knowing the spoilers would kind of ruin them for me, too. 3 books in one month is great!

Yes, for me too! I can watch a movie and still enjoy it even if I know the spoilers, but I end up not liking the book as much if it’s spoiled for me. Thank you! 💓
