Hey guys! It’s time for another tag. I really love doing tags because they’re super fun and interesting. Thank you Ashley (Ashes Books & Bobs) for tagging me in this one.
1. If your life were a book genre, what would it be?
Umm, I want to say contemporary because I read a lot of books in this genre and I truly love them. God, it’s my absolute favorite!
2. What villain from a book do you identify with the most?
I had to pull up Goodreads to answer this one and fortunately, there’s no villain I can identify with. I read a lot of books about teenagers in the”real world” so most of the villains are either rapists or abusive parents 🤷♀️.
3. What protagonist are you most similar to?
[Art by Alice Oseman]
This one is super fun. I think it’s Frances from Radio Silence by Alice Oseman and that’s because 1) I take my studies extremely seriously 2) everybody save for a few people thought that I was an extremely boring and studious person throughout my school life and didn’t know about my hobbies 3) I have my own version of Aled Last and our friendship is the best part for me ❤!
4. Which book did you connect with in the past that you no longer do?
It’s an Indian book called 2 States, and one of the first books I’d read back when I was very naïve and thought it was the best piece of literature. It really was my favorite at that time– it’s about two people who meet at a very prestigious institute and fall in love, but they’re from different Indian states and have to convince their parents to get them married. Their families hate each other, so it’s a difficult task. I wanted to study at that institute like a lot of people in India, and that’s why I loved this book. Also, I really liked the story at that time. I have never talked about this book on my blog, and so much as thinking about it makes me cringe. It is probably one of the worst books I’ve read, but I’m very grateful I read it.
5. What recent book would you love to be a character in?
Pumpkinheads, definitely! This book is set in a pumpkin patch and I would love to live among pumpkins 🎃 and eat a lot of delish fall snacks.
6. What do your reading habits show off in your personality?
I read a book every day ever since I’ve started reading books. So, I’d say that I’m very consistent and disciplined. However, I’m moody too. I get bored of books easily, and I often pick them up according to my mood.
7. What book taught you something about yourself?
I don’t think I can answer this one, honestly. I’ve read a lot of books and I always learn a thing or two from them. But what have they taught me about myself? I’m not too sure, to be honest. I’m sure there are a lot of answers to this question. I just can’t find one right now.
So, that’s about it guys! I hope you had fun reading my answers. I definitely enjoyed doing this one! I’m tagging these wonderful bloggers. You need to check out their blogs if you don’t follow them already:
