I would teach my body to regrow my heart each time I gave it to him, over and over and over again. Heart after heart after heart– every one of them his.

Usually, when I rate a book three star, I don’t love it. But that’s not the case with this novella. I adored it.

The Gentleman’s Guide to Getting Lucky is the story of Monty and Percy (and Felicity) after they end their tour and start living together, and what happens when they decide to finally “fornicate”.

This book is cute, romantic and extremely hilarious from the get-go. I was roaring with laughter the entire time while reading it.

…I’m a bit concerned my virginity is starting to grow back.

I liked the characters so much — Monty is such an awkward mess, and that’s why I love him. He’s overly self-conscious, sometimes self-pitying, but cares deeply for Percy so much, and is hilarious as f. Percy is such a lovely person, and my favorite character from this book. He’s the embodiment of calm whereas Monty is….Monty. I also loved Felicity- she’s so sassy and hilarious and someone I would love to be friends with.

I’m going to be pressed to death like a witch, except instead of boulders it will be the weight of my own goddamn issues that kills me.

The only reason I’ve given it three stars is because it didn’t feel complete for some reason. However, I recommend it to y’all. It’s so amazing and hilarious.
